1 Customer Service Officer-I

Qualification:

BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields with 1 year of experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer.

Job Description:

Takes the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.

Checks and counter signs tickets and negotiable instruments.

Handles international money transfers like Western Union.

Ensures that accounts are opened properly, and the necessary details are put into thesystem properly.

2 Branch Manager-I

Qualification:

BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields.

Experience:

6 years of Banking experience of which 2 Years at the supervisory level.

Job Description:

Plans, organizes, directs, and controls banking activities of the assigned branch through subordinate supervisors.
Prepares and submits for annual approval budget and annual work plans and implements same upon approval.
Ensures that established operating policies and procedures are carried out with respect to acceptance of deposits, making of loans, providing safekeeping facilities, and receiving and paying out of cash.

የስራ መግለጫ፡-ቀሪ ሂሳቦችን ሲገልጹ ወይም ሰነዶችን ሲሰጡ አስፈላጊውን ጥንቃቄ ያደርጋል.
ቲኬቶችን እና ለድርድር የሚቀርቡ መሳሪያዎችን ቼኮች እና ቆጣሪዎች ይፈርማሉ።
እንደ ዌስተርን ዩኒየን ያሉ አለምአቀፍ የገንዘብ ዝውውሮችን ያስተናግዳል።
