Position 1 : Lead Relationship Manager
Zemen Bank S.C, a reputable banking institution in Ethiopia, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Lead Relationship Manager (LRM). The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate banking clients and expanding/retaining existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Underwriting, negotiating and managing complex credit relationships.
Developing and executing relationship management plans for high-value clients.
Collaborating effectively with client support and product teams as well as senior management.
Acting in compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable government banking regulations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager in a supervisory role.

የሥራ ልምድ፡ ቢያንስ 5 ዓመት አግባብነት ያለው የሥራ ልምድ፣ ቢያንስ የ2 ዓመት ልምድን ጨምሮ በግንኙነት ሥራ አስኪያጅነት በክትትል ሚና።
